Dillion Cates began his Law Enforcement career in 2016. He is employed by the Oxford Police Department where he serves as the Director of Mississippi Training for Impaired Driving Enforcement (MS TIDE). He is also the Chief of Police for the Town of Weir Police Department, since 2021. Dillion also serves as the Volunteer Fire Chief for the Town of Weir Volunteer Fire Department since 2021. He has been an active member of S.T.O.R.M. since 2020, serving on the Board of Directors as Sergeant at Arms & Public Relations Officer since 2023.
